Refund policy

At Celestia Kanata, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery only if the item is:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue for faster resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Final sale or promotional items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
